Featured in Architectural Digest India, this Mumbai residence underwent a complete transformation under the direction of DeMuro Das. Coming out of COVID lockdowns, the homeowners desired a “sophisticated, warm space where the interior blended seamlessly with the furniture and art” and approached DeMuro Das to help them achieve their vision. Drawing from the city's Art Deco influences, the designers incorporated curved walls and openings, transforming the once boxy interiors into an elegant canvas for the couple's cherished art pieces. The furniture, which was designed and produced by DeMuro Das, consists of a number of unique pieces, which, through their materiality and form, create a conversation with the numerous art works throughout the residence.
